Please make sure to enter the correct and complete address at checkout. Refunds will not be issued due to an incorrect address or due to the omission of the apartment/unit number. If a package is returned to Eclectic Elegance LLC due to insufficient information; the purchaser/buyer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.
Satisfaction with Eclectic Elegance LLC is extremely important to us. However, all sales are final due to the type of products we offer. For sanitation reasons, lip and body care cannot be returned once opened.
We will only consider replacement only of jewelry items they may have been damaged in shipping. However, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees.
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item(s), please contact us within 48 hrs of delivery; so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. However, a replacement may not be guaranteed based on current inventory availability.
Upon a case by case basis. We may refund but only in the form of a store credit in which a store gift card that never expires will be issued or a replacement of the item if available in current inventory at time of claim. To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging (Jewelry items only). Once received, we will issue the electronic gift card to the email address that was provided when your order was placed. Please note: If you lose store credit it will not be reissued.
To send back a damaged, defective or wrong item: First, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to submit a claim for replacement.
