Shipping Policy

Due to COVID-19 Eclectic Elegance LLC will not be shipping internationally at this time.

Eclectic Elegance LLC ships all packages via USPS. Once your package leaves the Eclectic Elegance LLC facility, we cannot control any delays associated with the shipping provider. If tracking for your order indicates “Delivered” but you still have not received the order. Please contact USPS and submit a claim.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days during non-sales and 7-10 business days during high volume sales and holidays (Such as Black Friday and Christmas, etc.). Once an order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification via the email you provided. There may be delays due to COVID-19 and to high volume.

All shipping prices are calculated at checkout for domestic orders. We will not be shipping internationally at this time.

Eclectic Elegance LLC operates Monday-Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm EST.

There are absolutely no refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure you are putting the right address in full at checkout. Refunds will not be issued due to you putting the incorrect address or due to not adding the apartment/unit number. If a package is returned to Eclectic Elegance LLC due to insufficient information, you will be responsible to cover the re-shipping fee.

Please read product descriptions, all ingredients are listed for handmade products. It is recommended that you test products on small areas of skin if you are concerned about any reactions. Some products are made with oils that are derived from nuts. Eclectic Elegance LLC is not responsible for any allergic reactions or issues that may occur.
